On 11th October, 2018, Mothers of Hope International Imitative visited the internally displaced persons (IDPS CAMP) at Amassoma community in southern ijaw- Bayelsa state.
This was one of the intensive projects carried out by MOHII. we visited the IDP camp with lots of food items, cooked and raw, drinking water, clothing’s, and sanitary pads for ladies, condoms to ensure safe sex because it can never be ruled out etc. the group visited his royal highness Alabo Graham Naingba and also, visited some schools in Amassoma community and dewormed children 0-5yrs, gave out mosquitoes treated nets to all pregnant/ nursing mothers, elderly’s and children 0-5yrs. also some multivitamins were given out to the pregnant mothers. it was really good reaching out to the needy.
